Zfit is open Mon-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
We strive to process & ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days from order received to process. Typically, it will take (1 - 2) days before an order ships from when it is received. Please keep this in mind if you are getting expedited shipping with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations:
It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel!
We are more than happy to exchange products bought at regular price and returned in original condition.
Important Information for All Returns and Exchanges:

Items must be sent back within (14) days (2 weeks of product delivery date).

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be in original condition. This means label intact, no odors, stains, marks or hairs.

Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.

Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost.

Please note, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on repeated returns and cancellations.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
