  • HOW WILL WE KNOW WHEN ITEMS ARE BACK IN STOCK?

  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
    All orders will receive an email confirmation that will include tracking and order information.
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
    Yes, you can. There are 2 ways to make changes to your orders: COMPLETELY CANCEL EXISTING ORDER & REORDER This process is easy to do through your customer profile. Please keep in mind that refunds for a cancelled order can take anywhere between 5-7 business days to post back into your account. Please know that this will also impact your delivery timeline and you could be waiting longer to receive your new order. OR CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CHANGES This is relatively easy to do, simply submit a message in our chat window with the following information: Reason to change/ cancel The change that needs to be made (color, size, address, etc.) Keep in mind our 24 hour maximum response wait policy when choosing to move forward with this option. Please keep in mind that refunds for a cancelled order can take anywhere between 5-7 business days to post back into your account. Please know that this will also impact your delivery timeline and you could be waiting longer to receive your new order.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Tracking your order is easy and you have 2 ways to do so. CUSTOMER PROFILE Log into your customer account that you created upon placing your order. Click "My Orders." Find your tracking number and track your package from there. USPS MANUAL TRACKING Log into your customer account that you created upon placing your order, or find your confirmation email with your tracking information. Click "My Orders." Manually enter your order number in the USPS website and check your order status.
